Discover Gourmart‘s comprehensive dishes: Belgian dishes, prepared and preserved in jars like our grandmothers did, without additives or ingredients that contain them, to delight your tastebuds and satisfy your hunger at any time of the day!
They are preserved solely through pasteurising. The menus have been dreamed up by Frédérick G. Hermé, an award-winning culinary thinker, author of many books and who has worked with famous French chef Alain Ducasse.
We don’t have our own restaurant (except for breakfasts), but we do offer a range of options for eating out.
These “ready-to-go” dishes are available for reheating 24 hours a day for € 15 euros each and can be tasted right away or in the comfort of your room.
